Hot Chocolate Bombs

Ingredients:

200g dark or milk chocolate
Cocoa powder
Mini marshmallows
Silicone molds for spheres
Instructions:

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Using a brush, spread the melted chocolate in the silicone molds to form shells. Let harden.
Remove the shells and fill half of them with cocoa powder and mini marshmallows.
Close the spheres with the rest of the shells, melting the edges slightly to seal them.
Place a chocolate bomb in a cup, pour hot milk over it and stir to enjoy.

The story began in the heart of Boise, Idaho. The first Cocoa Bombs™developed by Eric Torres Garcia became an immediate unexpected viral success after an online homemade video post on the growing social media platform TikTok.
Social media enthusiasts are ditching cocoa powder mixes and taking hot cocoa to the next level this season with hot chocolate bombs.
But what exactly are they? Hot chocolate bombs are pretty simple. Each bomb is a hollow chocolate sphere that's filled with mini marshmallows and cocoa mix. You put the chocolate orb into an empty mug and pour hot milk on top until the chocolate begins to melt. When the chocolate shell begins to melt into the milk, the marshmallows from the interior float to the surface. After a quick stir, you’ve got yourself the perfect sweet treat!
Cocoa Bombs were created as a fun alternative to ordinary – and BORING – hot chocolate powder mixes. Since the beginning, our products have been made with the premium quality chocolate as well as other high quality ingredients for a smooth taste, and explosive experience you won't forget!
