Invisible Apple-Lemon Cake

  

Ingredients:

5 apples
2 lemons (juice and zest)
2 eggs
70 g sugar
100 g flour
100 ml milk
50 g melted butter
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Peel the apples and slice them very thinly with a mandolin. Drizzle them with lemon juice.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar until white. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, melted butter, milk, and lemon zest.
Gently fold the apple slices into the batter.
Pour into a buttered and floured pan, then bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
Let cool and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
